Please monitor this page as we approach the camp date for camp information.

First day required equipment and clothing:

Medical requirements - Epi pens, puffers, anything else.

Black athletic shorts.

You will be provided a shirt that will be required to be clean each day.

Running shoes.  Remember, rain or shine, we are continuing on, so don't bring your new Fendi Monster Fur-trimmed leather high tops.  If there are any concerns on lightning, we will have designated shelter.

Large water bottle (bicycle bottle or similar, something with which they can run).

We will have large drink containers with water and sports drinks from which the participants can fill their bottles.

SUNSCREEN.

Not necessary to bring snacks, we plan to have fruit and snacks for recovery.  Although, for Orenda Springs, bring a packed lunch.

Day five at Orenda Springs will be from 8 am until 4 pm, be prepared to start at 8.  Be sure to bring rain coats just in case.

Please do some preparatory body strengthening.  Recommend doing some running depending on your ability.  If you're already participating in a sport this spring, you're probably doing this already, feel free to do more.  Additionally, a goal for upper body strenthening, work on doing 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups twice a week (do 5 sets of 10 each or 10 sets of 5 or as you are capable and improve from there until you can do 50 straight of each).  Don't worry, this is just a goal to set, very few of our participants are even close to being able to do 20 straight!  This will prepare you well.  â€‹
