7:45 AM - Line up for Physical Training (PT)/Safety Brief
 
8:00 AM - Student led exercises with assistance of instructor
 
8:15 AM - 1 mile group run led by staff instructor.  Cadence run with fun along the way.
 
9:00 AM - Recovery, Hydration.  Introduction of Team Building activity, tire exercises.
 
9:30 AM - Introduction of guest (s) to speak and interact with participants.
 
10:00 AM - Log Drill Team work -  Full body workout as a team led by staff instructor.
              Tire Drills - Team tire stacking challenge.  Each team stacks tractor/truck tires for time.
 
10:45 - Recovery, Hydration, Stretching.  Discussion and selection of next day class leaders. 
 
1100 - Dismissal
